All this time, Lukas had wondered why he'd been brought to the bathroom. It'd been a while since he'd had a proper bath. He was almost too exhausted to fight his embarrassment as he saw the water become filthy and dark, glassy eyes glancing then to Lance whom had said nothing about it; so he kissed him again. Without all the muck and grime, his wounds were less noticeable. Though, his pale skin appeared creamier, rid of the stale coloration. He was more than willing to be led back to the bed, so tired. He laid down, forcing himself between Lance's arms when joined.

Cuddle or not, Lance didn't mind. He was tired again and he took in a deep breath, letting it out slowly as he settled down into his blankets and pillows. His fingertips idly grazed lightly against Lukas, wherever they happened to graze, and he closed his eyes as he relished in the nice feeling of the cool air blowing down against his warm body.

Purring, he easily fell asleep for a good hour before his eyes blinked open. The blanket made it warmer between them, protected from the fan. He glanced up at Lance, then nestled in and let himself sleep another hour until this time he couldn't fall asleep again. Lukas couldn't remember anyone else he could lay with like this, calm and relaxed. It was surreal. He set his lips on the male's chest to ensure he wouldn't just disappear. "Are you real?" he murmured gently, grazing his lips along Lance's exposed skin.

He had been asleep, but the slight stirring and the kisses to his chest woke him. Not to mention the foreign sound of another voice next to him. Upon the question, he peeked an eye open and glanced down and over at the other male. "Mm?" He grunted, squeezing his eyes shut again. "What do you mean?"

Of course, he had no idea what he'd met... just, well, this all seemed too good to be true. From miserable, to mildly pleased. Lukas just chuckled, nuzzling his face against the guy. That was the catch, he realized, that none of this would last. None of this was real, after all. Well. That was fine, anyway. At least he could enjoy it while it lasted. "You said you only care 'cause... well, I dunno," he murmured, unable to remember the reason, "even some semblance of that is better than none... so thanks, for caring."

He cared because he was obligaeted, but that didn't mean he wasn't truthfully caring. It was honest when he actually put forth the effort. "Yeah? You're actually appreciative for once?" he teased, smirking, his eyes still closed as he continued to relax.

This kid smirked. He was a lot like a stray dog, actually. Loitered around wherever there was food, and easily warming up to whoever left a plate of scraps out for him. "Keep feeding me," he teased, too, "and you might never get rid of me." Yet, despite joking, he was more serious than he had let on. If Lance kept it up, he was gonna have himself a new pet.

A new pet, eh? At the moment, Lance doesn't care. But it can't be told about the future how he would react to the kid sticking around. He's a very independent person who accidentally gets swallowed up by the person he's with. It's never on purpose, but he loses his sense of self with the person, becomes someone new, and takes it hard when he has to rediscover himself again. It might've been too difficult to coax Lance into a new lifestyle, but it was always still unsure, the future. "You're hungry again?!"

"Wha--" The kid blinked. How the heck did Lance come to that conclusion? Having not said anything like that, and it kinda irritated him to think that the guy wasn't really paying attention to him. Lukas huffed, "No." He rolled away from the latter, huffing again. Well, now that hunger had been mentioned... he could eat. Though, he wasn't hungry. Eyes scanned the endtable beside him. He reached over, plucking up an old magazine. Curiously, he started flipping through it. "What happened to this page?" There was a page ripped out... it looked like an entire article. Weird?

He was tired, so sue him! The vocalist had misheard the boy in his half-asleep state. It wasn't that he was trying to ignore him on purpose. He just heard keep feeding me and jumped to the conclusion to food.
Lance heard the rattling of the magazine and thought nothing of it until he heard that quetion. He glanced over at him and rolled over so that he was spooned up against the smaller male from behind, glancing over his shoulder at the magazine. "It was a coupon," he lied.
