QUINN ORIOLE & lance yeah he has a really bad attitude. He just... gah, is so prideful. He has to have the last word, so he rubs people the wrong way. I like the idea that they fight a lot backstage or behind the scenes. He's really easy to annoy and he has an issue with letting things just roll off his back. He can't ignore it! She's totally allowed to do whatever she wants to keep him under control.

QUINN ORIOLE & VIRGIL MARIONsee, the thing is with virgil online (and virgil in real life) is you can't take what he says 'respectfully' or graciously because he literally doesn't care about public appearances and will keep pressing until he gets the reaction he wants. real life dramam queen tbh. QUINN ORIOLE & MALLIKA-ISIS MAHADEOOHHHH LORD, mallika and quinn? god if you thought beau and quinn was bad. jeeeez. basically to sum mallika's feelings towards quinn, disappointment but not surprise. mallika sees quinn as nothing more than a figure head in a sense. she acknowledges the woman's success in the business, but doesn't see her as anything besides that. a successful black woman in the music industry. malllika's goal is to not only be successful but change the world, the music industry and everything in between and honestly, she's getting to that point. i'd say she's a very very popular artist right now and is probably up there somewhere in the high ranks (beau is like, high, but mallika is like REALLY high) and mallika has a far more open audience and demographic than beau who is pitched generally at club-goers and people between the ages of early twenties to early thirties. and i feel like mallika believes that quinn got "out" of the industry without making a real impact on the world despite all the fame and fortune she had/has and probably despises her because of that. i don't know how'd they interact, but i do know mallika would have a very deadset mindset towards quinn and her actions. y/n/m?

But I can see maybe some sort of rivalry or perhaps bad blood maybe between these two from when Nori was signed to ANL records. He didnt really do what he was supposed to and was drunk a lot, so maybe them reuniting could result in some bickering if you want them to have known each other in the past? or if not that, maybe she could be trying to get him to edit a review to make it better than it was or something. QUINN ORIOLE so, they work for the same record label. She's a bitch. He's a bitch. They're cohesive personalities. And, that's about it. He thinks she's good looking and he'd feel her up at Christmas parties, but she's ten years older than him. She wants to be in control and stuff. QUINN ORIOLE & MALLIKA-ISIS MAHADEOit being one-sided would totally 100% make it worse tbqh, and i think quinn's mindset of "can't please anyone" will make mallika look down on her a lot and probably lose a lot of respect because it's not "pleasing everyone" it's "making an impact" and mallika very strongly believes that - musicians especially because they're so often in the limelight along with actors/actresses - famous people should aim to change the world. though honestly, mallika doesn't get... pissed? when she's angry she's a calm type of angry where instead of going crazy she keeps her head level and just aims to get her points across and to prove the person wrong. AND i think she'd also question quinn's presence as a "positive presence" on the world because she'll openly accuse her of being half-hearted about it. man, mallika can be so savage i didn't even plan on this, lmao.

QUINN ORIOLE & @violetta violetta used to be the up and coming darling of anl, just short of breaking into mainstream. she's very down to earth and unpretentious, she doesn't wear make up or dress up, she doesn't put on any fronts; but anl wanted to give her some glamorous image. getting out of her contract was pretty exhausting, quinn probably did make violetta do a lot of things she didn't want to do. still, i don't think she'd want to end on bad terms. depending how pushy she's been, violetta may or not have lost some respect for her, or may still appreciate what she'd done for her career - so just how much she actually wants to reconcile will vary, but she'll at least want to have a chat over coffee.
