"I know you weren't fucking some girl!" He snapped. Did Lance think he was stupid? As much as Lukas wanted to jerk his arm away, he stood there letting himself be stopped. "Oh, so we should give this fictitious girl a name, now, shouldn't we?" He was rambling, his voice loud but hardly enough to be considered a shout. Lukas was just mad. "I think Monica is a popular name. Or maybe Stephanie, that's a good name too."
Did even Lukas know what he was talking about?

He frowned. No, he had no idea what the boy was even going on about. He knew he didn't like girls, and lukas knew lance was just kidding, so why was he acting this way? It didn't make any sense to the goth. "What's going on?"

This little ball of rage finally mustered the strength to snatch his arm away. He didn't make good choices. Everything he'd done, Lukas under a veil of false justification. Yet, had there ever been any other way? "It wasn't fucking funny," he answered abruptly, seething anger behind that sad frown. Lukas clenched his fists, turning again on his second attempt to retreat to the bathroom.

The snatch away was abrupt and sudden, causing Lance's mouth to drop open and his eyes to widen. What the fuck? "Do you see me laughing?" He said abruptly, standing up as he grabbed Lukas again to keep him from going anywhere. "You see a smile on my face?" His voice was rising. He didn't appreciate the sudden attitude that was being thrown at him, nor the spiteful looks. Lance turned Lukas to face him, angry eyes looking down into the angry blue ones. "Tell me what the fuck is going on, or i swear to god."
Lance didn't like things like this, especially when he was the one the anger was being taken out on.

It really wasn't anything personal, he was just mad. Lukas could snap on a dime, though this time he was actually controlling himself to some extent. If he were anywhere else, you can bet there'd be broken things and shattered glass. It's not like it mattered to Lance if he called off his band. Hell, the guy would probably be thrilled. Another thought that got under his skin. He jerked to get himself free. "Swear to God?" Lukas mocked him, some sort of desperation in his tone. "What? Are you gonna fucking hit me? Hit me. You know I don't give a fuck."

He glared at the boy, still holding his arm. His grip tightened as he was taunted, his eyes narrowing. "Is that what you want?" He asked, his voice lowering and going a bit quiet. "Are you having some kind of episode?"

Episode? Lukas growled. He tugged at his arm all the more despite Lance's tightened hold. Maybe he'd gotten too comfortable, or maybe he thought he knew the man better, but he wasn't afraid of taking another heavy blow like when he'd arrived at the apartment. The punch that knocked the wind out of him, sent him staggering to the floor.
Stubborn brat. "Yes," he replied, just as severely, his steely hues wildly transfixed on the other's gaze. "Do it." He goaded, not a trace of hesitance. Lukas moved into his face, pressing his forehead against the other. "Hit me!" The boy snarled.

This wasn't the type of day he was looking forward to. He wanted it to be a happy day. Hell, he even walked outside for a while. Perhaps he should've forced Lukas to come with him anyway.
"Stop it," he replied, looking stern. He was told what the boy wanted. Even as he was yelled at directly in his face, he didn't hit him. "Stop it!" He exclaimed and tugged the boy around, pushing him to the bed as a jolt to his system without dealing damage to his body.
"I don't know what happened to you, but nobody is hurting you here," his word was final. "Get over yourself. Tell me or don't but don't take that shit out on me. I don't appreciate it."

Lukas fell back, gasping as he expected to get laid into--nothing. Just words. Maybe words meant more to him than he thought, or at least the words that poured out of Lance's mouth. Words were the touch when action wasn't the answer, or when violence failed. But words could be savage, they could come with a point that gave one the means to destroy. Though, it was only a weapon. You choose if they had the power to kill; ideas to hold.
"I'm not taking it out on you!" Not specifically, anyway. Lance just happened to be the obstacle thrown in his path. "Lance," he felt the parting of air the name was thrown from the cusp of his mouth. He could hear the slight whoosh, as the javelin twirled into its target. He looked like he might cry, laying there so vulnerable and still, but they should both know he wouldn't let that happen. "I love you."

He said he wasn't taking it out on him, but that's what it felt like. That's exactly what he was doing, if he wanted to admit it or not. Lance happened to be there, conveniently, to take his verbal lashings.
He rolled his eyes, but looked at him again when his name was called. The boy looked so distressed suddenly, so weak and pitiful. Then, those three words poured out of his mouth like salt in a wound. Lance wasn't ready to hear those words yet. He couldn't even say them, himself. How was he supposed to accept those words when he couldn't admit them? Even so, he took a seat on the edge of the bed and tugged the boy into his arms and hugged him tight. He squeezed him, placed a hand to the back of his head, and cradled the boy like a child. Was this what Lukas actually needed?
