though born in jeddah, saudi arabia, mikail hussain's entire family moved to quebec, canada, when he was only four-months-old. said family includes a pair of ordinary parents and a brother seven years his senior. most of his interest in music began due to his brother: when he started taking drum lessons, mikail begged to stay the same classroom; when he dropped the drums and went for bass guitars, mikail chose to make himself comfortable outside the studio window.

it wasn't until he was nine did mikail have his first official music lesson. however, sitting before a piano and learning to read the score quickly became a chore; it was soon decided that he was probably better off just doing his own thing at his own pace, as he will always be more comfortable with noodling around on an instrument without being coached.

fast forward to age fourteen where mikail grew fascinated with the idea of cyber fame. being the class clown that he's always been, he chose to dip his hands into short comedy skits, even though those were viewed mainly by his close friends. but one day, he lucked out: a youtube video of him doing a disney medley went viral among all of his schoolmates. the video was shared on all sorts of social media platforms and soon, after uploading a few more disney and pop song covers, mikail managed to develope a little cyber corner of his own.

his sudden wave of internet success came to gander the attention of QUINN ORIOLE; a round of auditions guaranteed his position in anl and he was signed a few days after his sixteenth birthday.
