The jeans are covered in ink and wine stains. They're also burned a little. She should just throw them away. [break][break] Okay, to be fair, she didn't cheat on Jason. Well she did but... it's not like they were dating, okay. She never said they were dating. Hand on the bible, never crossed her lips. Although they were living together. Your honor, she thinks that doesn't always necessarily in every circumstance have to mean dating. [break][break][break][break] The future comes half-masked. One of Margot's beats gets a (prod. PAVVS) and all the sudden she's got a thousand, two thousand, three thousand hits. A couple hundred instagram and soundcloud followers. Tens of e-mails. [break][break][break][break] Mrs. Berry thought she had a tennis champ on her hands. She liked to put her daughter's hair in pigtails, pull them through the visor, tie her shoes. She liked to show off her shiny, fake smile. There was something satisfying to her about the sound the tennis ball makes against the black-top. [break][break] Margot doesn't really like tennis. She doesn't like her mom looking at her like that while her little brother plays a GameBoy, while her dad is at the side of the court talking into his big, bulky phone. It's not quite a mistake when she falls and shatters her elbow. It's not really a mistake that her grades are low, extra-curriculars lacking, social skills leaving... something to be desired.
