A full spread in a magazine usually consisted of several photos and a generic interview to go along with it. Cyril loved them to be honest because it gave him a chance to actually be seen and put in the spotlight of the public.
The makeup artists, hair dressers and fashion artists dressed him up nice. He felt like a million bucks when they were done with him, but who are we kidding? Cyril Asger, manager at ANL Records, always felt like a million dollars.

a camera round his neck ever-present. black strap a neckless, the shining lens it's jewel. he's never without it. rumors buzz around claiming he sleeps with it. apathetic ears catch the whispers. lopsided smiles, listless eyes. he hasn't cared for much outside the visions hidden in the SLR lens. people vanish from his memory. his full attention given, excitement swelling, until it fizzles out like fireworks in the rain. "mr. asger is here." a nod, acknowledgement. he clasps tightly the camera in his hands. a pretty woman (he can't remember her name) in a flowing blouse and slacks lets in his client. time to work. "hello mr. asger. this is jonah sterling. he will be your photographer today." CYRIL ASGER |

He stepped inside, hands in his pockets as he glanced around the room. Then, his photographer was introduced.
Cyril's eyebrows rise as he looks the young man over, sizing him up without saying anything about it. "We've met before," he responds with a smile, his eyes saying he's anything but pleased. "Nice to see you again, Jonah."
