She just stares down at her hands. She can never speak about what's bothering her.. that would make her weak, and she has so much to do, so many people to take care of. "Where have you been getting your medication?" He asked. The last time she was here was six months ago.

"Self-medicating." She doesn't look up at his face - she can feel that concerned look in his eyes, she can practically picture the way his brow curves. Before he can ask the next question, she answers it for him. They've played this game too many times. "Whatever I can get my hands on, whatever will slow these thoughts." She shrugs, it really isn't a big deal. "Just fill out the script, doc."
