She takes a moment to think on it, then nods. "I'd love one! What kind did you have in mind?" She is a bit thirsty now that she thinks about it.

Heh, look at that. Acting so cute again!
Kiira nods at the offer and takes Emily's hand into her own, holding it as she tugs lightly to lead them towards a general direction away from the stage and into town. "Coffee sounds wonderful! I'm really cold," she states as she walks, her heels clicking against the concrete.

she allows herself to be pulled along, because she's got nowhere to be, and she can't think of being anywhere else but here anyway. her gaze fixes on kiira without reservation, heels clicking almost in sync. the wind is but a breeze now, but it's still chilly. emily catches herself thinking of pressing powder and more lipstick. the scenery passes her by without reservation. that is, until they almost walk past a cafe that emily frequently visits. it is small, neutrally coloured, modest, and usually busy at this hour. however the windows only show a small scattering of couples so she stops, tugs on kiira's hand slightly, but doesn't let her go. it is emily who walks in, pushing the door open and holding it open. "are you still cold?" she asks belatedly. "i come here often. it should warm you up."KIIRA SUNDT |

As they walk, Kiira appreciates the warmth that Emily's hand gives her, humming softly to herself to the beat of their clicking shoes. She pauses when her hand is tugged and she looks up at the cafe with curiosity. Kiira doesn't think she's ever been to this cafe before and she smiles again. "Yes! lets drink here," she agrees.
Once inside, the scent of coffee and sugar fills the air and she hums softly. "What types of coffee do you like?" She asks as she thinks about what type she herself wants and what kind of pastry to go with it.

her fingers lock into kiira's, and emily has to take care not to dig her fake nails into the poor thing's skin. she stands beside her and reads through the menu carefully. each coffee, tea, and description doesn't leave her scrutiny. "i don't like anything too sweet." emily finally responds, and with a slight reluctance, lets go of her hand and walks over to the counter. she orders an earl grey, and turns to kiira. the barista smiles. When Emily mentions how she doesn't like anything too sweet, Kiira's face shows an expression that indicates that she isn't very pleased with that answer. She's shocked even. Nothing too sweet? That's practically Kiira's whole life!
"Oh gosh," she replies, "I love sweet things."
She turns to the barista and orders a caramel latte with cinnamon, something to satisfy her sweet tooth, and turns to Emily after that. "Why don't you like sweet things?" She wondered.

Perhaps its the same as sour things? Too intense for her poor, sensitive tongue to handle. She asks this of Emily, curious to know if sugar was too much for her mouth to deal with. With this thought in mind, "What types of flavors do you like?" Perhaps bitter things, she assumes before she's heard the answer. How fitting would that be? A dark lady with her dark coffee.
