Dim lighting, expensive wine, only the best. He swirls his glass as his gaze drifts over to the young woman across from him at the other side of his table, a smile tugging warmly at his lips.
"Thank you for meeting with me this evening," he expresses his gratitude, raising his brows slightly before he takes a small sip of the dark liquid residing in the crystal stemware. "I hope this place is... adequate?"
An expensive restaurant for a vague meeting between agents.

"the pleasure is all mine." she is dressed for business, not a romantic dinner - and while not entirely out of place in the venue, a little underdressed among its clientele. perhaps pointedly so. not that she won't mix business with pleasure, but there is something entirely unpleasant about cyril's company. ruth doesn't much care for luxury - he exudes it. and when in rome, make small talk. Cyril likes to indulge, to make himself and others feel comfortable. It's what he goes out of his way to do, what he aims for.
"Good, I'm glad," he replies and takes a sip of his wine, setting the glass to the side afterwards.
He, too, is dressed for business, seeing how he's just left his office before coming to the restaurant, his cologne dulled down by now, though still faintly fragrant. His hair is still neatly in place, though not at all hardened with gel or mousse.
"I've been wonderful," he replies as he sits forward a little, getting closer to his dinner guest. "Surely you have been the same?" His eyebrows rise ever so slightly.

"of course." she replies, setting her glass down as well, folding her hands in her lap. "this will be a great opportunity." pleasantries aside, they are here to talk business, to plan a tour. His eyes rise with interest when she mentions a tour extended to Europe. His smile broadens and he lets out a soft chuckle. "Europe?"
Of course, he's partial to the place. "I would love that," he replies as he gets more comfortable in his seat.
More exposure, more seats filled, his home gets the opportunity to see the talent. "I don't think it would be a problem to be arranged. Have you spoken with them about it?"
Cyril has his hands everywhere, easily pulling strings when necessary. Or even when it isn't.
